Free U.S. Post Office Shipping In The USA on Orders $25 and Over
Bestinbeads.us has always brought you low prices on beads and jewelry making supplies. We are now offering free shipping on all U.S. orders with merchandise totaling over $25. Simply choose “Free Economy Shipping” at checkout to get your Free Shipping!
To qualify, orders must total $25.00 or over after all other discounts and coupons have been applied. All orders that total less than $25.00 will be charged low cost weight based shipping fees.
If you select any domestic shipping service other than “Standard,” shipping fees will be charged. You will be able to see the charges and be able to change your shipping service before you make your payment.
Reduced International Shipping Rates
All of our international shipping rates have been reduced, so everyone saves!
Shipping Processing Times
We ship packages out seven days a week, 8 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Free Standard shipping orders will be shipped within one to three business days after the order is placed. USPS Priority, USPS Express, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day air orders received before 11 am Pacific Time will be shipped same day; if received after 11 am, they will be shipped the following business day.
Please note that during extremely high volume periods, such as the month prior to the winter holidays, we may take an extra day or two to ship orders, and the U.S. Post Office may take longer than usual to deliver packages, even via Priority. Accordingly, please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange the return of any damaged or defective item. Prior authorization and an RA # are necessary for processing your return. We DO NOT accept returns of cut chain, broken strands, beading kits, books or partial lots of any kind.
Returned items must be in re-saleable condition, in original packaging and free from defect. We make every effort to accurately pick and check your order before it leaves our warehouse. If however we have mis-shipped an item please contact us at: *info@bestinbeads.us.*
We’ll arrange to ship you right away and provide a postage label or SASE to return the mis-shipped item.
